If these sound familiar, you could be dealing with panic attacks or panic disorder. Despite feeling like you have no control over when and where these symptoms occur, PCT can teach you how to control panic and anxiety, and is greatly effective in treating Panic Disorder. This cognitive-behavioral treatment usually lasts from 12-20 sessions, depending on your clinical needs.

CBT for Social Anxiety Disorder (sad)

SAD includes constant fear or worry that others will judge you negatively, or that you’ll be humiliated or embarrassed in front of others. The fear associated with this often keeps you from doing things you’d otherwise like to do and you may even have panic attacks. Treatment for SAD is well-researched and highly effective to help you not only manage symptoms you may be having, but overcome much of the anxiety in feared social situations. This treatment usually lasts from 12-20 sessions, depending on your clinical needs.
